Procedures & Policies

Prior to booking:

  • Must be 25+ to book.
  • We can host up to 40 guests indoors and 75 outdoors.
  • We host up to 8 people overnight.
  • Sub-letting/sharing the property is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking indoors is not allowed.

Check-in/Set-up:

  • Check-in is at 4 p.m.
  • Clients will set up for the event first day of booking after check-in time.
  • Self check-in.
  • The host will greet you at some point during your visit.

During your stay:

  • You are responsible for any damage to the property.
  • Keep it clean.
  • Leftover food is put in the green bin.
  • If there are any questions/concerns contact us.

Safety/Liability:

  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items.
  • We require a damage deposit which is included in our fees when you book.
  • A checklist will be provided to you after booking in order to ensure your event runs smoothly.
