Procedures & Policies
- Must be 25+ to book.
- We can host up to 40 guests indoors and 75 outdoors.
- We host up to 8 people overnight.
- Sub-letting/sharing the property is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking indoors is not allowed.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m.
- Clients will set up for the event first day of booking after check-in time.
- Self check-in.
- The host will greet you at some point during your visit.
- You are responsible for any damage to the property.
- Keep it clean.
- Leftover food is put in the green bin.
- If there are any questions/concerns contact us.
- We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items.
- We require a damage deposit which is included in our fees when you book.
- A checklist will be provided to you after booking in order to ensure your event runs smoothly.
