Before you book:

  • Minimum 2 nights for events. Set up will happen after 4 PM on your first day, the event on the second day, and your third day will be for clean up by check-out at 11 AM.
  • You will need an SOP (Special Occasion Permit) if you plan on serving alcohol.
  • We require all guests to purchase event insurance for the duration of your stay. We recommend DUUO
